Das Granados 83 befindet sich im Inneren eines alten Krankenhauses des vergangenen Jahrhunderts, das zu einem Hotel umgebaut wurde  Die Struktur aus oxydiertem Eisen erinnert an alte New Yorker Lofts in Soho – sie bildet einen Kontrast zur Stein- bzw. Glasfassade und dem äußerst minimalistischen, eleganten Zen-Design des Hotelinneren. Einige  Zimmer und Suiten verfügen über eine Privatterrasse und einen eigenen Pool.

Die Rambla de Cataluña, der Paseo de Gracia und die Avendia Diagonal befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel. Darüber hinaus liegen auch zwei Meisterwerke Gaudis an dieser Straβe: die Pedrera und das Casa Batlló.
